Servicing is guided by your vehicle manufacturer's schedule. Exact requirements vary by make, model, engine, age and mileage. Additional parts or maintenance are agreed before work starts.
Call-out depends on your location: free within 5 miles, £5 over 5–10 miles, £10 over 10–15 miles, and £15 over 15–20 miles. Beyond 20 miles, add £2 per extra 4.5 miles (proportional one-way driving distance). Parts are additional where stated.
